Grade 6, 7 and 8 students build their social skills through the Social Opportunities and Grade Outings (SOGO) programme which encourages students and teachers to interact with each other in non-academic settings.
The programme consists of a series of optional adventurous social events that take place after school with teacher participation. Activities include: bowling, movies, rock climbing, live theatre, rollerblading, sporting events and more.
The goals of both the SMILE and SOGO programmes are to encourage fun, adventure and involvement in the community through events and activities that are rewarding and create a lifetime of memories while teaching social responsibility.
